Ambassador Bernard LeclercRepublic of Vanuatu, is a Pacific island country located in the South Pacific Ocean.

The archipelago of 80 islands, which is of volcanic origin, with a total area of 12,189 km2 and shaped as an Y tilted to the left. Some 900 km separate the Torres Islands, in the north, from Anatom, in the south, is 1,750 kilometres (1,090 mi) east of northern Australia, 540 kilometres (340 mi) northeast of New Caledonia, east of New Guinea, southeast of the Solomon Islands, and west of Fiji.

Ambassador Bernard LeclercBernard Leclerc, is a current Ambassador. Mr. Bernard Leclerc is an Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador. His Excellency have his headquarters since 2021 in the Russian Federation and is based in Moscow.

Since 2017, H.E is involved in the devolpment of the Republic of VANUATU. He was appointed by the Council of Minister of VANUATU, SPECIAL ENVOY TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION and also SPECIAL ENVOY TO THE STATE OF ISRAEL on the proposal of the Hon. Marc ATI Vanuatu’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and External Trade.

Mr. Bernard Leclerc, was born in France but he speaks fluent also in english and His Excellency is also very well prepared in term of professional. Mr. Ambassador lived a few years in United States, California and he studied there political sciences. Also Mr. Ambassador Leclerc is a former student of the University of Rouen, in Caen and of the National Treasury School, in Paris. His Excellency studied there European affairs, social sciences and economics and he is Master's degree of expertise in European projects and also amongh other, he is a certified jet pilot.

During his career Mr. Bernard Leclerc, before to become ambassador, he taught customs law tax policy in Bangui, in the capital city of the Central African Republic, at the University of Bangui. Also His Excellency has a long career in the banking industry mostly as a bank director. After his bank career, he become an adviser in the Ministry of Education of the Central African Republic, His Excellency was responsible for the international relations and partnerships of the ministry.After this political position he become a special adviser of the former president of the Central African Republic, Mr. Ange-Félix-Patassé. A few years later Mr. François Bozizé win the elections in the Central African Republic and Mr. Bernard Leclerc was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary for the Central African Republic in the Eastern-European region with the headquarter in Budapest, Hungary. His credentials was delivered to the former President of Hungary, Mr. Ferenc Mádl on 25 May 2005.
