Ambassador Bernard LeclercRepublic of Vanuatu, is a Pacific island country located in the South Pacific Ocean.

The archipelago of 80 islands, which is of volcanic origin, with a total area of 12,189 km2 and shaped as an Y tilted to the left. Some 900 km separate the Torres Islands, in the north, from Anatom, in the south, is 1,750 kilometres (1,090 mi) east of northern Australia, 540 kilometres (340 mi) northeast of New Caledonia, east of New Guinea, southeast of the Solomon Islands, and west of Fiji.

The Economy of the Republic of Vanuatu, Based on Tourism, Green Wave, Finance Off-Shore

Ambassador Bernard LeclercTourism, despite the world-wide economic recession, represents a fast-growing sector, with a milestone of 100,000 visitors having been achieved in 2009. Most of them come from Australia, New Caledonia and New Zealand.

The country is now well established as an attractive tourist destination and significant potential exists for rapid growth. Funds have been committed and the promotion and development of tourism continues to be actively encouraged.

Discours d'Arnaud MONTEBOURG Fête de la Rose:

Arnaud MONTEBOURGS.E M. L'Ambassadeur vient d'écouter avec attention le discours d'Arnaud MONTEBOURG à la fête de la Rose à FRANGY-EN-BRESSE en ce 24 août.

S.E avait attiré l'attention du Ministre sur les abus perpétrés par le Crédit Agricole de Normandie ( voir article écrit sur Nicole GOURMELON) sur ces abus constatés sur les comptes des petits clients par des pénalités qui s'apparentaient plus à de l'escroquerie qu'autre chose.

S.E est heureux de constater que le Ministre a parlé dans son discours de ces abus . S.E ne peut que se féliciter de cette déclaration. Idem pour les notaires, les huissiers etc etc.. dont les professions vont faire l'objet d'une refonte afin que tous ces abus cessent.

Arnaud MONTEBOURG's festal adress

His Exellency Mr. Ambassador followed with attention Arnaud MONTEBOURG's discourse in FRANGY-EN-BRESSE on 24th August.

His Exellency called the Minister attention to abuses commited by Credit Agricole in Normandy (look the article about Nicole GOURMELON), against some clients whose accounts were punished by big penalties. All these are real abuses.

His Exellency is proud the Minister talked about this abuse. H.E. congratulates this discourse, secretaries, state apparatus, whose mission is to finish all these abuses.

Arnaud MONTEBOURG Szent Róza Ünnepén elmondott beszéde

Öexellenciája a Nagykövet Úr figyelemmel hallgatta Arnaud MONTEBOURG Szent Róza Ünnepén tartott beszédét FRANGY-EN-BRESSE-ben augusztus 24-én.

Öexellenciája felhívta a Miniszter figyelmét a Normandia-i Credit Agricole által elkövetett visszaélésekre (lásd a Nicole GOURMELON-ról írt cikket), a kisebb kliensek számlaira rótt büntetésekre, ami nem több mint szemmellátható szélhámosság.

Öexellenciája örömmel veszi, hogy a Miniszter szót ejtett beszédében erről a visszaélésről. Öexellenciája üdvözli ezt a nyilatkozatot, ugyanúgy a jegyzőket és más hivatali alkalmazottakat, akiknek a munkája ezen visszaélések megszüntetése.
